FE Sports (Australia) - FE Sports is looking for a full time experienced Customer Support Team member to join our dynamic Customer Support team, based from our office in Seventeen Mile Rocks - (Brisbane Location).

• MUST have experience in the cycling industry with excellent mechanical and technical knowledge
• Familiarisation and knowledge of brands within our portfolio is highly desired, with a particular focus on Wahoo Fitness products
• Highly motivated with the ability to improvise, adapt and overcome daily challenges
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport and strong relationships, both internally with employees and externally with customers
• Excellent computer skills with high proficiencies in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn in-house systems quickly and efficiently
