We make the world’s first custom-fit cycling helmet. Hexr was founded by engineers who were frustrated that bike helmets have not had significant innovation in over 30 years. Researched and developed at the University of Oxford and crafted with aerodynamics partner British Cycling.

Hexr is built on a honeycomb structure that’s significantly better at controlling impact than foam. Each Hexr is created to the exact contours of the rider’s head, 3D printed from data that’s accurate to within a hair’s breadth. It sits perfectly to give your head’s most critical areas protection, but it’s so light you might forget it’s even there.
