Team Bahrain McLaren (Spain) - Press Release: Dylan Teuns capped off an impressive Ruta del Sol with a final stage win in the ITT. Jakob Fugslang finished a second behind Teuns to win the GC. The team performed exceptionally well on the stage with five of our riders placing in the top 12.

Overall the team was imposing throughout the five-stage race. It’s evident in having three riders in the top 10 and Mikel Landa placing third overall in his first race of the season. Teuns and Bilbao placing 5th and 6th, respectively, shows the strength of the team.

“It’s my first win in an individual time trial – smiles Dylan Teuns – and of course I’m super happy and a bit surprised!. The route with a steep climb was very suitable for my characteristics, and even on the descent, I managed to make good trajectories.”
