Vittoria (Italy) - In May 2021, Dutch bicycle tyre manufacturer A. Dugast joined the Vittoria Group reinforcing its leadership in special, hand-made cotton tyres. To celebrate this partnership, Vittoria and A. Dugast are pleased to present the first product born from the collaboration of the two tyre makers.

Cotton tyre experts Vittoria and A. Dugast have collaborated for the creation of a limited-edition cotton tubular dedicated to L’Eroica vintage cycling event and all its enthusiasts.

Hand-made collectible tire:

This is a hand-made all-purpose competition tubular tyre using the diamond tread of the glorious Vittoria Corsa CX tubulars to provide excellent grip on both dry and wet road surfaces. A. Dugast “Flying Doctor” cotton casing offers increased protection against cuts on the sides while the neoprene coating maximizes protection in bad weather conditions.

Vittoria special edition tubular for L’Eroica made by A. Dugast is available in 25 mm width to offer extra comfort and lower rolling resistance.

These limited-edition tubulars are produced in 118 pieces – just 59 people in the world will be able to own them – and they are 100% hand-made by A. Dugast tyre artisans in their workshop in the Netherlands. Only natural material - such high-quality cotton, natural rubber and natural latex – are used. These premium materials, together with the hand-made process, give a small ecological footprint and provide riders with a very comfortable and high-quality tubular to ride on.
