The New R.E+ eMTB Bike from Rotwild

The New R.E+ eMTB Bike from Rotwild
Rotwild (Germany) – "The Enduro eMTB R.E+ impresses with greater smoothness and its great control during rapid descents. The compact integrated power unit (IPU) allows for very agile geometry with short chain stays. The battery is structurally integrated into part of the bottom tube and has an impressive degree of stiffness while still keeping the weight down. With 648 Wh or 518 Wh (depending on the model) the IPU also offers a lot of drive to overcome long, steep sections. The performance optimised Brose Drive S does not generate any additional resistance after cutting out above the legal speed limit because it disengages completely. This means the bike remains easy to pedal even at speeds in excess of 25 km/h", explained Rotwild about the 2018 R.E+ Electric Mountain Bike.

"The perfectly aligned kinematics of the R.E+ provide direct responsiveness, a stable mean travel range and high traction. The influence of the drive was minimalised here and virtual pivots are adapted to the additional motor power", they added.

The R.E+ has an aluminium frame with a Crankbrothers Highline telescopic seat post. eMTB specific components, such as the DT Swiss Hybrid wheel set and 34” FOX forks, complete the Enduro eMTB.

"The R.E+ covers a very wide range of uses due to the different possible frame variants and support from the motor. The powerful XMS chassis provides great fun riding local trails, race circuits and bike parks", they concluded.
