Suggested use:

Take 1-2 fruit bars per hour of exercise, depending on exercise duration and intensity, and the combination with other energy bars, -gels or drinks. In addition, personal preferences (e.g. solid vs. liquid energy, taste preferences) are also important. So, there is a need for an integrated vision with regard to the use of sports drinks, gels and energy bars before, during and after exercise.
