We Are One Composites (Canada) - We Are One Composites is an established and rapidly growing manufacturer with 4 locations in Kamloops BC. We produce high-end carbon fibre components and bicycles for multiple segments around the world, from D2C, B2B, and Distribution/Wholesale.

We Are One is looking for a dynamic bicycle industry leader with expertise in media, trade communications, content management and consumer marketing.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Setting and executing the marketing objectives and strategies – short and long term.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Work closely with our sales department to develop a strong leads pipeline that will help us close and work with our target clientele.

About you:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Communications with a proven track record of traditional and digital marketing initiatives. Ideally, you have worked in the Mountain Biking or Outdoor Sports sector
• A University Degree in Business Administration or Commerce is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered
• Hands-on, team player with a keen eye for detail, process improvement
• Strong understanding of and experience in B2B, D2C and traditional Sales channels
