Transition Bikes is seeking an energetic and empathetic individual for a position on their customer service team. The customer service position is responsible for all front-line communication with customers regarding sales, support, warranty or just talking to customers about how much they love their bike. This position requires strong sales and communication skills, a positive attitude, and good mechanical knowledge of how bikes work. As part of this position, you will be communicating with customers via phone, email, online chat and sometimes carrier pigeon to give customers support on a number of platforms. Qualified candidates should have experience in the bike industry in sales as well as mechanical support. This is a full-time position with benefits and located in Bellingham, WA.
