Team Sunweb (Netherlands) - Job Vacancy: Team Cook.

Team Sunweb are looking for an independent cook to join the team on a full time basis. Alongside their passion for cooking, the successful candidate will also be passionate about sports.

The role:

• The role requires the cook to prepare all meals for riders – breakfast, recovery meals and dinner – following instructions from our nutrition expert.
• They will do so at our Keep Challenging Center (located in Sittard), during stage races and training camps.
• They will have the ability to detect risk-factors and be a real team player, showing this by always putting the greater goal of the team at the top of their priority list.
• They must be able to easily adapt to unexpected situations and be very flexible.
• Spoken English language skills need to be (at least) adequate. Spanish, Italian and French are a plus.
• They need to be able to drive long distances in larger vehicles (like a Crafter, but with a normal B licence).
• Their HACCP knowledge has to be on point.

NOTE: This job requires the successful candidate to work consecutive periods of 10 to 28 days with days often seeing work done in the morning before relocating and resting in the afternoon and working in the evening. Be prepared for long days!
