About The Role:

We are currently seeking to add to our customer service team at our facility at Las Colonias Park in Grand Junction. We are looking for like minded outdoor enthusiasts for full-time, non remote work. This roll will be dynamic in nature as our customer service team is not only the voice and face of the company, but they are the first team members to help with other roles and projects. We are looking for candidates who can take instruction and run with it, while maintaining their primary role within RockyMounts.

Duties and Responsabilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Diagnose technical issues with regard to our products
  • Assist warehouse for container arrival/unloading
  • Handle shipping responsibilities relating to the customer service department
  • Help walk-in customers with problems, sales, installations, or repairs

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience within the cycling industry with a base understanding of how it is evolving
  • Proactive personality and work ethic
  • Adaptability to a changing workplace
  • Basic computer literacy and understanding of spreadsheets
  • Good communications skills with a focus on clear and concise language
  • Ability to travel for industry events and dealer outreach
  • Drive towards networking and relationship building

Compensation:

  • $38,000 a year with possible year end bonus
  • Two weeks of paid time off per calendar year
  • RockyMounts covers 65% of health care
  • IRA Match
