As a Product Manager you will work with both the developers and the marketing/sales team. You will represent the market and the commercial aspect in the development of products - and the product passion and knowledge in the marketing/sales team. This is a truly varied and creative position for the ambitious.

The right Product Manager for us is one with technical expertise who wants to be hands-on in product development and production setup while at the same time being able to create commercial success internationally by meeting customers, building brand and creating opportunities. Maybe you are an engineer with proper sales and marketing abilities?

Your purpose:

• Support R&D activities (product and production) - with market-oriented approach
• Work with sales and marketing to commercialize products - with technical product expertise

Your responsibility:

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop new concepts and products with quick time-to-market and optimal resource usage
• Develop product prices and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy to detailed requirements and prototypes
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that increase market share, better customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product both internally and with key external partners
• Manage the long-term roadmap, which involves development, production, sales, marketing, implementations, customers, prospects, partners and other groups.
• Participate in iteration demos, and support sales and marketing activities
• Represent the company by visiting customers to receive feedback on the company's products
• Participate in various innovation projects in the company
• Contribute to growth and profitable development for reTyre's products

Your qualities:

• You are technically skilled and can handle CAD (or learn quickly)
• You have a creative ability, see solutions quickly and have practical sense
• You are outgoing and understand market dynamics and sales
• You have relevant experience in sports and retail, as an entrepreneur, as a marketer or sales representative or as a creative engineer
• High work capacity and ability to work and work well independently, but perhaps even better in teams
• You have a desire to create good results, and are both effective and impatient
