Pactimo (United States) - Pactimo produces exceptional cycling apparel. The Account Manager (AM) works in Pactimo’s Custom Division, assisting customers with teams, events, or organizational needs for custom cycling clothing. The AM is responsible to understand and fulfill our customer’s needs to the highest degree of service and efficiency. The position requires the ability to confidently manage and communicate a multi-faceted process that includes customer service, time management, technical knowledge of Pactimo’s custom products, and our unique order processing system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a Champion of Pactimo – Consistently represent Pactimo in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate an investment in responsibilities through a caring, time-sensitive approach to customer service and order processing
• Consistently execute and manage multiple tasks and assignments in a non-linear fashion
• Guide customers through the ordering process with effective communication, establishment of clear expectations, and careful management of deadlines
• Demonstrate knowledge, investment, and efficiency through effective communication with all affected parties in the process including work with the customer, Sales, Design, and Production
• Maintain periodic contact with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Have near-perfect communication skills – verbally and in writing
• Be comfortable and proficient with prioritizing and attending to multiple, deadline-oriented tasks
• Possess a strong moral character with accountability for actions and outcomes
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Understand cycling as a sport and appreciate the needs of cyclists for performance apparel
• Communicate confidently about art format requirements and elements of design representation
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow and be challenged in their position.

This position is full-time and located in the company's South Denver office.
