Kuat Racks (United States) - The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for helping both our customers and our retailers with any service or sales needs. Customer service will take incoming calls, chats, emails and process orders in our Springfield, MO HQ location.

Requirements:
- Reliability

- Listen intently to customers/dealers
- Read and comprehend incoming emails
- Work in team environment
- Data entry into customer service software
- Ability to answer phone and speak clearly
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to compose email responses to customers and/or dealers
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Active cyclist or outdoor enthusiast a plus
Projected hours are M-F 900 am -- 530 pm (Training hours will be 800 am - 430pm).
