Commencal (Andorra) - Position based 100% in Andorra.
Positioned within the Customer Service department, you'll process customer requests and contribute to the quality of company customer service by ensuring the speed and the quality of the responses provided.
Missions:
- Receive customer requests and follow up on specific cases
- Ensure the quality of customer care
- Inform customers of all technical questions by email, phone or live chat
- Technical support for the Sales department
- Make the connection and be the link between clients and the service centres of the brands of components we use
Profile:
- Strong interest in mountain biking and excellent technical knowledge
- Customer care experience and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Excellent spoken and written French and English languages imperative, Spanish and/or German is a plus
