This week, we're excited to bring you not 1, but 2 brand new wheelsets:

The first is the long-awaited result of years of development in cyclocross, with UCI rider Gosse van der Meer leading the way in shaping the ultimate cross wheels.

The other is a revision to an existing wheelset, adding a little more colour.

30 Carbon CX Disc (Tubular):

After years of working with UCI Elite cyclocross racer, Gosse van der Meer, we are excited to launch the wheels he will be using at the highest level of the sport for the 2019/20 season. As huge proponents of tubeless for the vast majority of uses, there can be little argument that tubular tyres are the best option for ultimate 'cross performance. The primary reason for this is of course the impossibility of 'burping' air out of your tyre when cornering hard.

Our no-compromise cyclocross race weapons:

• Rims | Toray T700/T800 carbon-fibre tubular. Unidirectional sidewalls with 3K weave reinforced bed and spoke areas. 30mm deep, 25mm aero U-profile optimised for 33c CX tyres. Please note - not suitable for normal clincher or tubeless tyres.
• Tyres | Tubulars are the only choice for competition at the highest level, with no possibilities of burping air, and a supremely supple ride. Suitable for tubular tyres from 23mm to 34mm.
• Hubs | HUNT Sprint Disc straight-pull hubs, with extra bearing shielding for washing the bike. 5-degree/6-pawl RapidEngage freehub, with H_CERAMIK coating for enhanced durability. All freehub standards available, including SRAM XDR. Centre-lock disc mount, 6-bolt disc adaptors included.
• Axles | Easily adaptable & we fit them for you. Fit all current axle sizes and are easy to change; Front - QR, Bolt thru 12/15/9mm, Rear - QR, Bolt thru 12x142, 12x135, 10x135.
• Included | Spare spokes, spoke key, axle adapters (please fill in the simple form after checkout to select your required size), pair of 6bolt disc adapters.

30 Carbon Aero Disc (Ti-Nitride Limited Edition):

Made for those of us who really want to up their colour-matching game and enjoy the oil-slick rainbow look of ceramic nanometer ti coating with the added benefit of increased wear and corrosion resistance. Every other part of the wheelset is the same as our award-winning 30 Carbon Aero Disc. Ultimate climbing performance, and incredibly capable on rolling terrain. The super-wide 27mm rim provides superior aerodynamic performance.

The Ultimate Road Disc Wheelset:

• Rims | Features disc-specific, unidirectional T24/30 rims, offering 21mm internal and 27mm external widths, and a 30mm u-shape aero profile.
• Tyres | Tubeless-ready for lower weight and rolling resistance. As with all our current HUNT rims, these wheels have a normal hooked sidewall and are suitable for all clincher road tyres including Continental.
• Hubs | Race Season SPRINT straight-pull hubs, boasting an engagement rate of just 7.5° owing to the leaf-sprung, multi-point pawls and 48 ratchets in the hub shell.
• Axles | Easily adaptable & we fit them for you. Fit all current axle sizes and are easy to change; Front - QR, Bolt thru 12/9mm, Rear - QR, Bolt thru 12x142, 12x135, 10x135.
• Spokes | Pillar PSR EXTRA Spokes with Ti-Nitride spoke coating for oil-slick rainbow look and increased wear and corrosion resistance.
