Elite (Italy) - Press Release: New color variants.
By maintaining the racing spirit that has always distinguished them, the new Fly are now available in a wide range of cycling-inspired color variants: Desert Sage Green, a green tone that calls back to nature and the sceneries that the ever-expanding number of MTB riders encounter in the ride-scapes.
The sophisticated, amaranth-colored Power Burgundy, a callback the might of Team Ineos and its string of victories; Dusty Khaki (from the Persian word khak, "ground") with earthy and muddy tones, distinctive of the MTB and gravel world; Brave Bold Yellow, bold and brave as it transforms the yellow of the world's most famous Grand Tour in a striking fluo tone; and finally the classic red and black Elite's bottle, the Dark Boldness and Dominance Red, famous for their view on competition as racing spirit, strength and confidence.
What’s innovative about Fly?
The sporty design of Fly bottles is unmistakable as they've been designed to fulfill the needs of the cycling community: light pedalling and quick hydration.
Fly's record lightness (54gr on the 550ml model), 30% less than any other commercially available bottle.
Used by the best WorldTour Teams:
Hydation is no joke in cycling. That's why we're proud to contribute with our Fly bottles, the most used by WorldTour teams in their "Teams" variants.
In 2020, these are the teams that will compete with our FLY Teams: Team Ineos, Team Sunweb, Bahrain McLaren, CCC Team, Movistar Team, UAE Team Emirates, Team Israel Start-Up Nation, AG2R La Mondiale, Groupama-FDJ and Cofidis.
Credit goes to the variable thickness squeeze structure, thicker on the base and thinner on the central body, that doesn't just make it possible to use less plastic material, it also ensures a tight grip when cycling and an easy to squeeze ergonomic structure so liquid flow is abundant with the lightest pressure.
Fly bottles' liquid flow is always quick and abundant thanks to the flavorless push-pull nozzle, which along with the innovative plastic materials of the bottle body is the result of more than 3 years of research in cooperation with University Research Centers.
