DAHON North America Inc. (China) - Press Release: We moved our Shenzhen headquarters! The new DAHON facility in the Central Business District (CBD) in Shenzhen is conveniently located near the Metro, making it even easier for our customers and partners to pay us a visit. We successfully combined the Opening Ceremony with our Annual New Year Meeting with presentations on our latest product news, making it a day to remember!

With a total area of ​​around 3,000 square meters, the new facility is divided into two areas of office space and a product research and development center, fully equipped with the latest technology. The spacious and clean office environment and the friendly atmosphere reflect our “green” culture. Production now also takes place across two factories; one folding bicycle factory in Huizhou, and an e-bike factory in the East of Shenzhen. In the future, we at DAHON want to continue to invest in research and development, increase the speed of production, and maintain our reputation of bringing cutting edge technology to our valued consumers around the globe.

During the ceremony, DAHON founder and CEO Dr. David Hon was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” in the form of the 2019 “Golden Bicycle”. The award recognizes the vigorous development over the last 38 years, as well as the consistent growth in brand recognition, revenue and production. The prestigious award was presented by Mr. Zhou Fuyuan, the chairman of biketo.

Additionally, Mr. Ma Zhusen, Secretary General of the Guangdong Bicycle Association, presented Dr. Hon the “Outstanding Contributor in the Bicycle Industry” award, and the Shenzhen Bicycle Association offered Dr. Hon a special gift during the ceremony.
