CINTO - All Mountain Excellence

CINTO - All Mountain Excellence

Last Bikes (Germany) - Press Release: All Mountain Excellence. Engineered and manufactured in Germany.

“The CINTO provides precise feedback and has lots of pop for playful and active riding. The suspension is nicely progressive, pedals very well and neutral under braking. It’s versatility and nimbleness is inspiring every time.” - Jörg Heydt / LAST.

CINTO - The Concept:

The CINTO is designed to be an All Mountain Bike - the category of bike for every day and all opportunities. The requirements for such a bike are manifold and it is difficult to avoid compromises. With the CINTO we have developed a bike that offers solutions: Perfect function and performance, low weight and the toughness to back you up. Designed by our team with a passion for good geometries and precise handling. To have fun on the long term and to be capable in rough terrain, the CINTO isn't reduced to lightweight, but reflects all aspects that make it a LAST. The suspension is highly efficient and comes along with a geometry that suits our riding style: fast, agile and airborne. That's why we build a reliable bike that takes you to the trail and not to the workshop. With the TARVO - the lightest enduro frame - the potential of the frame concept has been proven and showed that our production technology and the materials blend into an exceptionally capable bike. This concept is the base for the CINTO. We put quality first and limit the CINTO to 100 pieces annually - hand made in Germany.

Geometry:

A good time on the trail, independent of the gradient, and efficient climbing were the focus during the geometry development. The 65 degree head angle and the balanced ratio of reach to chainstay length result in confident cornering. The modern-steep seat angle of 77 degrees provides a comfortable and efficient climbing position. For the CINTO we provide growing chainstay lengths that start at short 431 mm for 165 and increase up to 443 mm for size 195. The short seat tube length and the straight seat tube allow riders to size up or down, depending on their preference. To provide a start point for sizing we named the sizes according to the typical rider height: 165. 175, 185 and 195. The matching stem lengths range from 35 mm up to 60 mm.
