Bianchi New Bike Sponsor of Eurotarget Women's Pro Team
Bianchi (Italy) – Italian Elite team to ride with Oltre XR3 aero road racing model.

Bianchi enhances its presence in women professional cycling by announcing a new deal with Team Eurotarget Bianchi Vitasana, starting from the 2018 racing season, as second name sponsor and official bike supplier. Based in Bergamo, close to Bianchi's headquarter, the team managed by former pro rider Giovanni Fidanza has stepped up from the Junior to the Elite series, and is ready to tackle the new adventure in the UCI international calendar with ambitions.

Bianchi will supply the Italian pro team with Oltre XR3 engineered with Bianchi's CV system, with the use of Countervail® vibration cancelling technology. As part of Bianchis' Oltre family, the new Oltre XR3 delivers the perfect combination of control, and the competitive advantage of advanced aerodynamics.



Team Bianchi Eurotarget Vitasana, made of ten riders, includes 23 year-old Arianna Fidanza, Track World and European champion among Junior Women in 2013 and five-time Italian champion. Five-time Italian champion, her sister Martina, 18, clinched two Track Junior Worlds' titles and as many European champion's titles in 2017, clocking the World Record with the Italian quartet. Romanian Ana Maria Covrig (23) was three times ITT National champion and as many times Road National champion from 2015 to 2017. Belgian National CX champion Suzanne Verhoeven, 21, also stands out in the roster.

The team will compete in the full Italian calendar and in some of the most prestigious UCI WorldTour events, including Giro d'Italia, Strade Bianche and Cittiglio.
