Article by Forme Bikes: Getting Girls on Bikes!

Forme Bikes (United Kingdom) - Driven by our Ambassador Club and partners, Ilkeston Cycling Club, we are on a mission to get more girls on bikes!

We are not trying to make any statement about inclusivity and prefer to let our actions do the talking. However, it is a fact that far fewer girls participate in sport when they become teenagers.

Our mission is to inspire confidence by driving an increase in participation and desirability. To achieve this, we provide a diverse range of accessible products across all categories from retro styled balance bikes, to lightweight hybrids, mountain bikes or custom built race machines.

Our product diversity ensures we have a bike to suit all styles and age groups so cycling never loses its appeal.

Working with Ilkeston CC, we provide sponsorship and coaching support as part of their quest to both recruit and retain girls into the club and quash the stigma which has existed for years.
