7mesh Continues to Push the State of the Art with Growing Fall 2018 Collection
7mesh (Canada) – For Fall this year, 7mesh Apparel is pushing the state of the art forward again with more innovative riding apparel for the full range of Fall and Winter riding conditions. From ultra-lightweight windproof protection for the transitional season, to dense thermal layers for deep winter cold, 7mesh has created new tools to keep riders warm, dry, and protected no matter the weather.

The popular Outflow insulated jacket has evolved into a super-sized Outflow Hoody with even greater insulation properties and more off-the-bike utility. It’s joined by the brand new Freeflow Jacket which uses Polartec Alpha insulation for instant warmth and coverage at a summer jersey weight of only 157gm. Both pieces are designed with wicking and air permeable fabrics to ensure that moisture can escape even during high-intensity efforts.

Transitional conditions put a premium on outerwear versatility and the new Cypress Hybrid Jacket and Cypress Hybrid Vest are brand-new shapes for 7mesh that combine frontal Gore Windstopper protection with stretch woven rear panels for intuitive, conforming wind and weather protection. The fabric has a soft hand and pliable feel that works across a wide range of conditions when paired with different next-to-skin layers. At only 135gm (jacket) and 92gm (vest), both models stow into jersey pockets with room to spare.

Again this Fall, the 7mesh women’s collection has been significantly expanded with a number of new essentials. The Women’s Oro Jacket is intelligently made using Gore-Tex Active with Shakedry™ technology to provide full waterproof protection at only 82gm. The Women’s Guardian Jacket is as robust as the Oro is sleek, with 3L waterproof construction, an over-the-helmet hood and full coverage for any mountain bike adventure. Innovative construction and materials selection provides deep storm protection at only 215gm.

The Hollyburn Tight offers light, packable protection with a new articulated shape that eliminates bunching behind the knees. The DWR Colorado fabric has a silky hand feel for next-to-skin warmth and comfort. For off-road adventures and rainy weather, the Women’s Revo Short is unmatched in delivering full waterproof protection. The unique shape and gusset system keeps seams away from wear points and provides easy movement without saddle-catching bulk.

Key styles, like the Guardian and Renegade waterproof jackets, have been given design updates, while other favourites have carried over but with fresh new colours.
