ROX 12.0 Sport – Training and navigation on a new level
Sigma (Germany) – The ROX 12.0 SPORT from SIGMA is the company's latest development in the area of GPS bike computers. Apart from the known training functions of the ROX series, the ROX 12.0 has a completely new map-based navigation system, which creates the best routing for every sport profile on road and off road.

The high-resolution, transflective 3-inch colour display, which is extremely easy to read even in direct sunlight, features a graphical user interface that has a modern design and can be used easily and intuitively thanks to touch functionality and the six buttons provided. The Home button with which the user can return to the main menu directly from any menu item is especially practical.

The ROX 12.0 has been developed for maximum performance and scores points not only due to its robust housing but also thanks to its fast route calculation function and fluid map generation. The uncomplicated and rapid exchange of data via WiFi enables uploading to the SIGMA CLOUD and selected training portals, whereby tours from the Komoot, Strava and GPSies portals can also be loaded directly into the ROX 12.0 and then used for bike trips. For detailed analysis, the user can view and exactly evaluate his values by means of the SIGMA LINK app and the DATA CENTER.

Training:
The ROX 12.0 can be quickly adapted to the wishes of its user. The central feature is the Sport Profile, which can be used to specify not only the training view but also the sensors and even the routing options for every type of bike.

The graphical user interface features many fascinating elements in addition to Strava Live segments and the altitude profile. The best thing about it: all values can be arranged so that they are easily and clearly legible thanks to flexible templates.

Thanks to ANT+, the ROX 12.0 connects to the known sensors and offers a wide variety of information regarding heart rate, altitude, distance, time and the environment. Moreover, the ROX 12.0 SPORT is compatible with the electronic gear-shifting systems Shimano Di2, SRAM eTap and Campagnolo EPS. Anyone who trains with a power meter is not only provided with specific performance values such as TSS®, NP® and IF® but also with the supplementary OCA and OCP values of a Rotor 2INpower power meter.

Navigation:
There are no limits to the routing possibilities. In addition to standard navigation elements such as address entry, "Point of Interest" selection, freely selectable points on the map or the entry of coordinates, a further new feature is available: the "Draw my Route" function. With this, the user can draw a line on the map and the ROX 12.0 then creates a route based on this in just a few seconds. OSM map material has been preinstalled for 20 European countries.

Further maps of countries worldwide can be downloaded to the ROX 12.0 directly and, of course, free of charge, whereby the latest maps are always provided.

Connectivity:
Thanks to WiFi, data can be transmitted from the device to the SIGMA CLOUD quickly and completely automatically. This means that the training data are immediately available to the SIGMA LINK app and the DATA CENTER. The interface to the Komoot, Strava, GPSies and TrainingPeaks portals is fully integrated in the ROX 12.0. Selected live segments and tracks can be made available on the bike computer in a very short time via WiFi.

Accessories:
The ROX 12.0 is available in the standard colours "grey" and "white". The three coloured outer shells make it possible for anyone who wants to set an individual note to adapt the ROX 12.0 to the style of the bike and the rider. Combination with the three-coloured button sets that are supplied with each outer shell enables a wide variety of styles. The outer shells are available as optional accessories.

The ROX 12.0 SPORT is available in online shops and retailers for an RRP of €399.- singly and for €479.- for the set. The scope of supply includes holders for the handlebars/stem and for mounting in front of the handlebars. The set also includes the R1 DUO (heart rate) and R2 DUO COMBO transmitters (speed and cadence).
